Brunswig Square is a 140,000 square foot office, retail, and restaurant space situated in Little Tokyo, on the edge of Downtown Los Angeles and the increasingly desirable Arts District. A series of capital improvements to the building have created quite a draw to potential tenants in creative fields interested in joining the thriving scene of these flourishing Downtown L.A. neighborhoods.

Happy Place is a massive pop-up experience filled with larger than life size installations, multi-sensory immersive rooms, and dozens of moments curated to “Capture Your Happy.”
LBP was retained to design Happy Place’s branding, full range of logos and build the website. LBP’s design work was a key factor in communicating the Happy Place experience and fun environment to the public.
The Happy Place experience ran in Los Angeles from November 2017 - May 2018 and then moved to Chicago, IL from June - Aug 2018.

320 Lincoln Blvd is a creative office and urban retail building located at the gateway to the iconic Venice Beach. For client, BLVD Partners, LeBasse Projects implemented a series of design elements to the building, including new wayfinding signage and office entryways.
Orange County, CA
LeBasse Projects in-house design team, designed and executed a site specific mural for client Five Point Communities at their new Beacon Park development.
The mural was created to make subtle nod to the Southern California Coast with Beacon Park's location at the center.
Los Angeles, CA
LeBasse Projects designed and executed a large scale reproduction of a vintage Toile print on La Brea Blvd in Los Angeles. The original Toile print was from a piece of fabric over 100 years old, supplied by client Diamond Fabric.
The stunning and incredibly detailed print stands out along the famous LaBrea corridor leading into West Hollywood.
